Intro to Yoga Workshop

Saturday (1:00 - 2:30pm) and Sunday (1:00 - 3:30pm)

A special two-day course designed to introduce yoga for students new to a practice, or for anyone who would like a brush-up on the basics.
In the course, we will present yoga as a practice, teach many of the basic postures (asanas), and focus on breathing techniques and principles of vinyasa yoga.

Nasim is a certified yoga therapist (Yoga+Ayurveda) and holistic coach with experience in individual and group settings. She teaches the weekly Restorative Yoga class at Yoga Yard on Fridays from 10:30-11:30.
Nasim is also available for private Yoga Therapy sessions at Yoga Yard on Friday afternoons: initial session (90 minutes) 1000 rmb; follow-up sessions (60 minutes) 600 rmb. Nasim teaches in English.

Vinyasa Yoga Dance with Malgo Blonska
This class is designed for students who enjoy a dynamic practice. Each class will finish with a short choreography based on the moves learned during the practice and danced to a contemporary or classical music piece.
