注：本工作坊不适用于初学者。建议参与人群为能够靠墙手倒立保持5秒以上的倒立爱好者。

Take your handstand practice to the next level! Explore new techniques and drills to improve your upside down practice with Malgo in this three hour workshop. We will focus on different types of entrances and jumps into your handstand, as well as exits. You will also be introduced to walkovers, front and back walks, walking on hands, different legs and hands variations- all for the purpose of making your handstand practice more fun and challenging. Be prepared for approaching your upside down world from a completely new perspective!
Malgo believes that it is not about finding one method that works for 100 students, but about 100 methods that can work for one student. This workshop is not suitable for beginners.

It is recommended that the participants can hold a handstand against the wall for at least 5 seconds.

关于Malgo老师：

Malgo从很小的时候就开始跳舞了，但十年前在一次车祸后邂逅了瑜伽。瑜伽治愈了她的骨折，给了她一种新的力量和专注感。在实践中，她专注于挑战、自理和成长。

她教瑜伽已经5年。她和YogiSivadas一起在印度的Mcleodganj完成了教师培训。她也是一名认证的Acroyoga和Acrofit教练，并曾与Acroyoga创始人Jason Nemer一起进行培训。

About Malgo:

Malgo has been dancing from a very young age but found yoga ten years ago after a caraccident she was involved in. Yoga healed her broken bones and gave her a new sense of power and focus. In her practice she focuses on challenge, self-careand growth.

She has been teaching yoga for 5 years. She completed her Teacher Training with YogiSivadas in Mcleodganj, India. She is also a certified acroyoga and acro fitinstructor and did her trainings with the founder of acroyoga, Jason Nemer.
