Acroyoga is a dynamic partner practice that blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing art. These three lineages form the foundation of a partner practice that cultivates trust, playfulness and community. Acroyoga is a practice that is available for every body, age and ability. About Justine Shanti Alexander:

Justine’s love for the natural world and wellbeing brought her to the practice of yoga. Through her travels and trainings, she has been exposed to many different yoga styles and traditions, including power yoga, vinyasa yoga, ashtanga yoga and acro-yoga. She completed her first 200 hour power yoga teacher training in 2009 and her second 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training with YogaWorks in 2012. Justine offers playful and challenging classes that draw upon awareness of the breath, your body, mind and heart. She especially enjoys promoting yoga in green and outdoor spaces, and has joined fellow teachers in offering yoga in the park to the Beijing community. Justine is thankful to her teachers, including Joan Hyman, Robyn Wexler, Tiffany Cruikshank, Katy Appleton and many others, and is grateful to all her students throughout this yoga journey. When she is not practicing yoga you can find her working to save the mythical snow leopard in the Tibetan Plateau. Justine teaches in English
