针对肩部和下背部的练习与指导

针对:
*长期伏案工作和压力过大的朋友。
*习练瑜伽方法不当,造成的肩和下背部的疼痛。
缘起:肩颈和下背部不适调理的工作坊是多年来学生最常邀约的一个主题。在教学和生活中,经常碰到抱怨肩部和下背部疼痛的朋友,这些困扰着他们的生活和工作。也有些习练者因为不恰当的练习持续多年,也被同样的问题所困扰。
肩部和下背部的问题会带来头痛,失眠,神经系统紧张,无法集中精神等等症状。下背部疼源于紧张的状态导致腹部器官无法放松。身体得不到很好的修复,也不能拥良好的睡眠质量。

陈雪老师的心声:十一年前我曾经是一名舞蹈演员。肩和下背有伤痛和肌肉的劳损。疼痛一直困扰着我,那时候一个星期必须要按摩两次,晚上才能入睡。这样持续了三年。我的生活根几乎离不开按摩了。后来通过正确练习瑜伽,身体状况慢慢得到了改善,脱离了靠按摩过日子的生活。

这次工作坊,大家会学习在瑜伽体式练习和生活中,如何掌握练习的正确练习和预防的方法,避免肩颈和下背部受伤。

陈雪老师的心愿:
课程结束时会为大家设计小序列练习方案,方便回家自己练习。自己希望把通过这些年的瑜伽练习得到的体验分享给大家。帮助大家能在生活里和瑜伽课堂上保护自己肩和下背部,也在未来能继续把这练习的体会分享到给家人和朋友。

A Yoga Class with Snow Chen
Targeting Shoulders and Low Back: Theory and Practice

Those engaged in working at a desk or those under a lot of stress pain resulted from inappropriate yoga practices relieving pain in neck, shoulders and low back is one of the most popular themes requested by students in yoga classes. Discomfort in these regions can cause headaches, difficulties with sleep, stress and inability to concentrate. These painful conditions prevent organs to rest and body to restore, affecting the quality of sleep.

Snow experienced injuries and pain in her shoulders and back as a dancer 11 years ago. She needed two massages a week to be able to sleep at night. Her reliance on massage lasted three years, before she cured herself through proper yoga practices.

In this workshop, students will learn the proper ways to practice yoga and engage in daily activities, so as to prevent or cure injuries to shoulders and lower back. It is Snow’s hope that participants will be able to acquire the modules that are suitable for them, and live a happier and pain-free life through regular yoga practices.

This workshop will be taught in both of Chinese and English.

关于陈雪老师:

陈雪是一名受印度艾扬格瑜伽学院认证的瑜伽老师。在接触瑜伽之前她从事舞蹈教学,后来参加过Matthew Cohen的教师培训、 Donna Farhi的脊柱的整合工作坊、Simon Low阴阳瑜伽的工作坊。2010年开始,跟随 S.F.Biria练习艾扬格瑜伽,接受为期三年的Iyengar初级教师资质培训,于2014年通过初级教师资质考试;同年开始又一个三年的Iyengar中级教师资质培训。她也是众多知名企业和名校的瑜伽顾问及私人瑜伽老师。

10年的瑜伽习练经验,从瑜伽修复,流瑜伽(FLOWYOGA)到艾扬格瑜伽 ,有万余节授课经验的她,将古老的瑜伽习练方法、佛学与现代灵性成长理论相结合,带给练习者不同的瑜伽练习方式,引导他们发现、感受、平衡自己内在的能量的同时,教学相长,与之共同探索如何在日常生活中运用瑜伽。

About Snow Chen:

Snow is a yoga teacher certified by the Iyengar yoga institute of India. A former dance teacher, she received teacher training with Matthew Cohen, attended integrated spine workshop taught by Donna Farhi, as well as Simon Low’s Yin & Yang yoga workshop. Starting in 2010, she enrolled in a three-year Iyengar teacher training under the guidance of S.F. Biria, and passed the first-level exam in 2014. She then started a three-year intermediate Iyengar teacher training. Snow teaches in many studios and private lessons.

Snow has practiced yoga for 10 years with experience in restorative, flow and Iyengar styles. Having taught more than 10,000 classes, snow’s teaching integrates traditional yoga, Buddhism and modern psychology. She helps her students find the most suitable practices, allowing them to discover, feel, and balance their inner energies, thus enriching their lives.
