我们会学习为初,中高级学生编排不同的序列,并且根据不同课时长度做出调整。
We will learn to create Sequences for beginners, intermediate and advanced students and cater to different class lengths.
在这个培训里,我们会学习和探索:
· 课程不同编排结构的可能性;
· 不同主题序列相关联的能量走向,情绪和精神状态;
· 序列编排原则。
· 不同的序列如何安排成60,75和90分钟的课程?
· 每一种主题序列的原材料有哪些?
· 如何去平衡这个主题?
· 两个不同的专注点:充满能量的流动,还是更具学习性质地深入体式。
In this training, we will explore:
· The possibilities of eachsequence structure
· With different sequences, whatare the associations to energetics, states of mind and spirituality
· The different sequencing principles
· How to construct 60, 75 and 90minutes classes
· What are the ingredients of each sequence?
· What comes after? How toarrange counter poses.
· Two different focuses:Energetic flow or delving deeply into asanas.
