This rigorous workshop series will delve deeply into foundational principles of eachadvanced asana. We will move beyond your perceived limitations by workingthrough trouble spots and breaking down poses strategically. Working with orwithout props, modifications, entrances and exits, with a focus on stability,strength and progression. We will emphasize solid foundations and safealignment to ensure that the arrival in an advanced pose is easeful and stable.

关于Eva老师:

Eva的瑜伽之旅开始于2008年同朋友结束在印度的教师培训之后,但同绝大多数人一样,她的练习仅仅停留在单纯的体式上面。直至多年后她搬至马尼拉时,开始感到不安与焦虑。面对巨大的挑战来平衡母亲的角色和搬家带来的迷失感,Eva开始转向瑜伽 – 体式,哲理和冥想 – 寻找平衡,平静,沟通的避风港。Eva参与了Urban Ashram Yoga Manila 200小时的教培,取得了YogaWorks的认证,并获得一个在UAY行政管理学校的职位,开始了她的教学生涯,从此找到了她的精神庇护所和第一个瑜伽的大家庭。

通过她多年的专攻和作为一名项目协调人员,课程,工作坊,培训和教师管理的行政人员 ,Eva永久的转变深深受到了诸多老师的影响,影响了她日后的练习和教学。她的灵感主要来自于她与瑜伽疗愈师Leslie Kazadi 和Birthlight 创始人Francoise Freedman的学习。她的流瑜伽练习深受Jason Crandell和Annie Carpenter的影响。Eva永远感恩她的老师Marc Macadaeg,启发她提升和超越固有认知的限制,并多年支持和引导她的练习。

About Eva:

Eva's yoga journey began with a dear friend's return from a teacher training in India in 2008, but like many, her practice remained a purely physical experience until years later, when a move to Manila left her feeling unsettled and restless. Faced with the tremendous challenges of balancing motherhood and the disorientation of relocation, Eva turned towards yoga - the practice, the philosophical map and meditation - finding a haven of balance, equanimity and community. Through her involvement with Urban Ashram Yoga Manila (UAY), Eva became 200hr YogaWorks certified, earned a position as Administrator of the School of Yoga for UAY, began her teaching career, found a spiritual sanctuary and her first yoga family. 

Through her dedicated studies over the years and in her role as Administrator involving program coordination/classes, workshops, trainings and teacher hosting - Eva has been forever transformed by the deep impact her many teachers have had on her practice and her teaching. Eva’s main inspiration came from her studies with Yoga Therapist Leslie Kazadi and Birthlight Founder Francoise Freedman. Her Vinyasa practice is deeply influenced by the teachings of Jason Crandell and Annie Carpenter. She is forever grateful to her teacher Marc Macadaeg, who has inspired her to evolve and move beyond perceived limitations and has supported and guided her practice for years. 

Eva’s teaching is grounded in the understanding and belief that Yoga in itself is a tool not only for strengthening mind and body, but self –transformation and healing. She combines her knowledge of alignment focused Yoga with a profound love for eastern culture and philosophy and aims to create a safe and nurturing environment in which her students may find space for their individual path of self – awareness and discovery.


关于赵榕坤(ZhaoRongkun)老师:

赵榕坤从十几岁开始在居住过的芬兰和瑞典练习瑜伽。 2011年,她成为了300小时瑜伽联盟认证的瑜伽老师,她受到过阿斯汤加,阿努萨拉,流瑜伽,气功,和普拉提的训练。近3年来,她的练习受到瑜伽苑每位老师的指导。

她感谢她的老师Robyn Wexler, Matthew Cohen, Sarah Powers, Donna Farhi,无论是他们亲身的指导还是他们书籍和DVD中的知识。除了瑜伽教学,她也是一名自由职业的记者和作者。 她认为瑜伽可以唤醒人的身体和心灵,而不仅仅是身体上的伸展和加强,在瑜伽我们创造的是和谐与寂静。 赵的课是风趣,好玩儿,让你出汗的流瑜伽风格。


About ZhaoRongkun:

Zhao started to practice yoga when she was a teenager in Finland and Sweden. In 2011, she became a 300-hour Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher, she was trained with Ashtanga, Anusara, Vinyasa, Qi Gong, and Pilate. In recent 3 years, she is under the guidance of teachers in Yoga Yard. She is grateful to her teacher Robyn Wexler, Matthew Cohen, Sarah Powers, Donna Farhi either by their physical guidance or knowledge from books and DVDs. Apart from yoga teaching, she is also a freelance journalist and writer. She believes yoga can enlivens and awaken your body and mind, much more than just stretching and strengthening, what we are creating in yoga is harmony and stillness. Zhao's classes are playful, fun and sweaty Vinyasa in both English and Chinese.
